Dear Readers, In line with our continual efforts to provide you with more information and additional tools for your research purposes, we bring you a "Guide to the Employment Act 1955" which is the latest addition to our website, www.labourlawbox.com. Subscribers may access the Guide via the homepage by clicking on the green banner on the left and logging in as usual or if you are already logged in, simply click under "Labour References" on the top menu bar and you will see the Guide on the dropdown. Covering a wide range of topics related to the Employment Act, the Guide is a quick point of reference for the busy IR/HR practitioner with cross reference to case laws, articles and legislation.
