This is another unique feature of the online service to which the
subscriber can have access. Act Noter-Up is devised to help the researcher retrieve more
information on a particular section of the Act, by enabling him to locate the cases or
case law that had made reference to that section. What the researcher needs to do is click
on the "ACT NOTER-UP" of the said section and all cases linked to the section
would appear before him. The Act Noter-Up is updated every time a new case is added to the
database.
Legislative Forms
This is a database of Forms incorporated from the Schedules of the
Principal Acts, Rules and Regulations. The Forms are available as editable files, meaning
that they can be edited by using a word processing program.
Articles
A database of articles related to labour law is made available. The
articles are sorted out by year, title, subject and author.
